Amita Kullaphan, LL.M.

Director

Amita has an extensive track record of representing clients in various types of real-estate development projects concerning the commercials aspects. She has been advising expats and foreigners for several years with respect to real estate transactions. These include the purchase of sale of house, condominium, commercial properties, leasing and construction agreement. Her work also expands to the field of establishment of a housing project, condominiums, hotels. In addition, she specializes in corporate matters that might be relevant to expats, namely foundation and liquidation of Thai companies.

Upon completing her master in field of Tax Law at Thammasat University, she rejoined SCL Nishimura C&P Limited in 2014 until 2022 when she decided to establish Absolute Lawyer Hua Hin.
